Morphosis Coaching is an international coaching academy and leadership development partner headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with operations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. In Indonesia, our work is led by Joerg Sauer, ACC, supporting organizations and senior leaders to enable sustainable transformation through coaching, facilitation, and bespoke leadership programs.
Joerg has over 30 years of experience across software engineering, executive leadership, and organizational transformation. A former CIO and transformation lead in the insurance sector, he now works as a transformational coach and trusted sounding board to executives and teams navigating complexity, conflict, and cultural change.
Originally from Germany, Joerg has lived and worked in Indonesia for 19 years (across two postings). This personal journey gives him deep cross-cultural fluency and the ability to connect meaningfully with both global and local leaders.
Our services include 1:1 executive coaching, group & team coaching, and bespoke leadership interventions such as conflict management-, senior leadership team alignment, and culture-building programs.
Joerg is an International Coaching Federation-certified coach and serves on the leadership team of the ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter.
